Mr. Murthy Oruganti is a Renowned Astrologer for the last 25 Years in Andhra Pradesh, India and hails from an Astrologers’ family from Vizianagaram, A.P. India. He was borne at Vizianagaram on 21^st Aug.1952 to Sri O.V.Ramana (Head Master) and Smt. Subhadhramma. He is one among the 8 brothers. His Uncle is Sri Pappu Chandra Sekhara Sastry; Sanskrit Pundit worked in Maharajas MANSAS Sanskrit College. Vizianagaram Pusapati Gajapathis are pioneers of bringing new Educational Institutions in those days for catering to the needs of students by Late Sri PVG Raju and his sons are now practicing the same culture. This City is known for its Vidyala Nilayam of Music, Dance, Arts, Sanskrit, Oriental Studies etc.

Mr. Murthy did is Primary at Balajipeta, secondary at Badangi & Sompeta of Srikakulam Dist. SSLC at Vizianagaram. He started his career at his tender age of 16 and did his higher education while in job. He did his Commerce Graduation at Badruka College, Hyderabad and Post Graduation from Osmania University. He did is Post Diplomas and a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India New Delhi and Costing from Institute of Cost & Works Accountants, Calcutta.

He did his Computers Courses initially and later developed himself in the ComputerAwareness both Hardware & Software, well versed with DOS, WIN95, MS OFFICE, MULTI MEDIA, INTERNET, E-MAIL, HTML AND JAVA, & WEB DESIGNING.

He worked in Government since 1975 viz. A.P. Small Scale industrial Development Corporation Ltd., & A.P. State Essential Commodities Corporation Ltd. And presently occupied as a General Manager (Fin) & Company Secretary in Kumar’s Group of Companies (Kumar's Metallurgical Corporation, Stilbene Chemicals Ltd., Kumar's Cotex Ltd., & Kayquinone Organics (India) Ltd., at Hyderabad. AP. INDIA.

His brothers are well placed viz. Venkata Somayajulu, Soma Sundaram, Subhramanyam, Venkateswara Rao, Venkata Rama Rao, Venkata Satyanarayana Murthy, & Sarada Chandra Mouli; some are Scientists & Engineers also.

Mr. Murthy was blessed with a son Mr. Anil Kumar in 1975 and Mr. Bala Subhramanyam in 1982 who are spastic children. As both the sons are Mentally Retarded, Mr. Murthy was given a thought to know about their fate and did lot of Research in Indian Astrology since 1976. He was impressed with the Theory of Micro and Macro analysis of predicting events on Starlord and Sublord of a Planet in a Horoscope, advocated by Late Sri Sothida Mannan Krishna Murthy of Madras, whose system known as K.P. SYSTEM (KRISHNA MURTHY ( PADHATHI) takes New Comb's Ayanamsa and Placcidius System of House Division.
